Gonzales Branch Relocation Grand Opening

Important Service Updates
Beginning Monday, June 22, our Contact Center hours will be Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We're also expanding the ways you can bank with Essential through our Live Teller ATMs.
Available Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. - noon on Saturdays, Live Teller ATMs combine the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a real Essential teller through secure video assistance. That means you can access teller services before some branches open and after some branches close.
With a Live Teller Machine, you can:
- Make deposits and withdrawals
- Transfer funds
- Make loan payments
- Cash checks
- Receive assistance from a live Essential teller
Central Drive-Thru
Central Is Still Here—Now with Live Teller Service
As part of our expanded Live Teller ATM services, members can continue banking at our Central location.
While the building has changed, the convenience hasn't. The ATM at Central is now a Live Teller ATM available Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
So while the building may look different, Essential is still here and ready to serve you at our Central Drive-Thru.
